HOMELESSNESS

Homelessness causes serious healthcare issues, including HIV/AIDS, addiction, psychological disorders, and other illnesses that require consistent, long-term care. Additionally, infectious diseases can run rampant in the homeless population. In January 2025 nearly 1million of the US Population was homeless.

ILLITERACY

Illiteracy stunts important behavioral, social and emotional growth. Illiteracy creates a trail of interconnected outcomes, rather than isolated effects. In addition to outlining a path of poor education and crime, illiteracy also affects a person's social, emotional and behavioral skills.

UNEMPLOYMENT

Those who are unemployed report feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, demoralization, worry, and physical pain. A lot of times these individuals are not aware of opportunities that are available to them. As of January 2025 6.2 million of the US Population in unemployed. We have resources to connect you with real employers who are willing to hire regardless of your past or present situation. All that is required is a willingness to work hard and SURVIVE!

INSTITUTIONALIZATION

Today more than 8.2 Million people within the USA are currently in some type of institution. Approximately 10% of the UNITED STATED OF AMERICA is CURRENTLY INSTITUTIONALIZED. Institutionalization can have many negative effects on a person's physical, mental, and social development. These effects can be seen in children, adolescents, and adults. Whether your situation was incarceration, mental or health, reintegrating in to society can be difficult, we are here to provide you the support you need to SURVIVE IT

ADDICTION

Addiction is a chronic condition that can affect many aspects of your life, including your physical and mental health, relationships and career. There are two main forms of addiction: substance use disorders such as drugs, alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco, as well as behavioral addictions, such as eating, sex, exercise, shop lifting, gambling, shopping and many more, Addiction is treatable. It’s crucial to seek help as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC ABUSE

The myth many associate with Domestic Abuse is that it is limited to “intimate partners” and applies only to someone being “physically hurt repeatedly over a period of time”. Domestic Abuse does not need to have multiple occurrences or be carried out over years to be considered domestic violence. Even one episode can have serious impacts and should not be overlooked. Domestic Abuse can also manifest in many forms not just physical but MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL and even FINANCIAL. The most dangerous affect of DOMESTIC ABUSE is its vast pool of victims. Children are most often overlooked as Domestic Abuse victims in Physically Abusive between “intimate partners”. Even if the child was never hit or hurt physically the emotional and mental of abuse of watching a parent be abused is documented to cause that child often long term trauma. Whether you are the actual abused person, a family member or friend, you are a VICTIM of DOMESTIC ABUSE and We want to help you SURVIVE THIS.

INCARCERATION

People can be incarcerated for various reasons, including for committing crimes or violating the terms of their probation or parole . While there are well over 2 million incarcerated individuals more than 3 million men and women are currently on a post release supervisory program such as parole or probation. Statically more than 70% of those individuals will be re-arrested and sent back to jail. Of that only 20% will be arrested for new crimes while the other 80 percent will be sent back for violating their terms of their release, such as not getting a job or failure to remain employed, not having adequate housing, failure to pay court cost or fine and failure to pass drug testing. While being incarcerated is certainly difficult COMING HOME FROM INCARCERATION can be even more scary and challenging. Often individuals have no idea how to find housing, jobs, medical attention or counseling. The frustration of leaving a physical prison to only find oneself a prisoner without bars can lead to poor choices, bad decisions and some cases death. We can help you SURVIVE this.

DOMESTIC ABUSE

Sexual abuse refers to any action that pressures or coerces someone to do something sexually they don’t want to do. It can also refer to behavior that impacts a person’s ability to control their sexual activity or the circumstances in which sexual activity occurs, including oral sex, rape or restricting access to birth control and condoms.
Some examples of sexual assault and abuse are:
• Unwanted kissing or touching.
• Unwanted rough or violent sexual activity.
• Rape or attempted rape.
• Refusing to use condoms or restricting someone’s access to birth control.
• Keeping someone from protecting themselves from sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
• Sexual contact with someone who is very drunk, drugged, unconscious or otherwise unable to give a clear and informed “yes” or “no.”
• Threatening or pressuring someone into unwanted sexual activity.
Keep in Mind Everyone has the right to decide what they do or don’t want to do sexually. Not all sexual assaults are violent “attacks.”
